What's Your Season?

If you're here, Welcome! With all the craziness circling the world right now I thought I'd share with you some of my other favorite passions. Yes, music is and will always be one of my first loves, but I also have a deep passion for body, foods that heal, a reverence for Jesus, and mindsets that help you succeed in your journey.

I'll be sharing some fun and simple recipes that are sure to help you feel better and feel good about what you're eating.

*If you have GI issues lettuce is generally hard to digest. Feel free to subsititue or remove the foods that don't work for your body. If you're not sure how your body responds to foods, I highly reccomend food journaling, which is a simple step to see/learn what makes you feel great or what makes you feel poopy...pun intended.

Easy Green Salad

6 handfuls of greens 1/2 avocado, chopped 1/2 cup sliced cucumber 8 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Dressing: 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons lemon juice pinch of salt and pepper 1. In a large bowl, combine all vegetables and sunflower seeds. 2. Combine the dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk; pour over salad. 3. Enjoy!

Have you noticed any shifting with your mindset and body with all that's

going on these days? Share your story! What's something that's helped you during this season of life
